TTUHSC and Texas Tech Physicians are currently experiencing an IT issue. Until further notice, team members, including our clinical staff and providers, will not be able to access TTUHSC electronic resources. Clinics remain open with limited operations.

On September 26, 2024, University Medical Center detected unusual activity within their IT systems. The IT outage affects many of the shared systems that the TTUHSC and Texas Tech Physicians clinics and UMC use in daily operations. As a result, certain systems at TTUHSC are temporarily offline.

Notice to Referring Providers

Faxes sent since Sunday, September 29 have not been received. Please call the clinic you are referring to or fax your referral to the number below. Please include the attached form along with a photo of the patient's driver's license, front and back of the insurance card and progress notes.
