Financial Aid is open Monday-Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. You can reach out to an advisor in person or by phone at 806.743.3025. Our office is located at 3601 4th St, Lubbock, TX 79430. We are in Room 2C400 located on the 2nd floor of the Academic Classroom Building.
What should I do if I can’t access my financial aid information?
Students currently do not have access to Webraider. Please reach out to our office for assistance at 806.743.3025.
How will I know if my financial aid application was received successfully?
FAFSA applications are typically received within 3-4 business days after your FAFSA is processed. To verify, please contact our office.
How can I find out about my financial aid eligibility?
If you completed a 2425 FAFSA application, please contact our office for a status update. If you have not completed an application, please do so at studentaid.gov and include the school code: 016024.
Will my financial aid disbursement be delayed?
The system issues that TTUHSC is experiencing may lead to a delay for disbursements, but we are working to quickly resolve the situation.
What are the Fall and Spring disbursement dates?
SHP Module 2: 10.06.2024 (Fall)
MS3: 10.11.2024 (Spring)
MS4: 10.18.2024 (Spring)
Disbursements are still scheduled to run. Check with Student Business Services for refund statuses.
How can I find information about scholarships while the systems are down?
For TTUHSC scholarship questions, please reach out to your school for updates. For external scholarships, please reach out to our office.
What if I have questions about my loan status?
Please reach out to our office. For private lending, if your lender has already submitted your funds, we will disburse as soon as our office has access. You can also log into the lender site to check the status of your loan.
