When are the application open and close dates for the next application cycles?

  • Spring 2025 R.N. to B.S.N. Program: August 15-November 15, 2024 (currently open but new applications cannot be submitted at this time)
  • Summer 2025 Post-Master’s DNP Program: September 1, 2024-January 15, 2025 (currently open but new applications cannot be submitted at this time)
  • Summer 2025 B.S.N. to DNP Program: September 1, 2024-January 15, 2025 (currently open but new applications cannot be submitted at this time)
  • Summer 2025 Traditional B.S.N. Program: October 15-December 15, 2024 (will open application as soon as possible if systems are not back up by October 15.
  • Summer 2025 Post-Graduate Certificate: November 1, 2024-February 15, 2025 (will open application as soon as possible if systems are not back up by November 1)
  • Fall 2025 M.S.N.: November 1, 2024-February 15, 2025 (will open application as soon as possible if systems are not back up by November 1)
  • Fall 2025 Post-Graduate Certificate: November 1, 2024-February 15, 2025 (will open application as soon as possible if systems are not back up by November 1)

I cannot access my application. Will I still be considered for admission?

At this time, the application system is down. Once the system is back up and running we will notify applicants of the update and provide additional information on whether deadlines will be extended. Currently, the only applications open are the Spring 2025 R.N. to B.S.N. application with a deadline of November 15, 2024, and the Summer 2025 DNP applications (Post-Master’s DNP and B.S.N. to DNP) with a deadline of January 15, 2025.

How can I get my transcripts to you for application review?

Electronic transcripts cannot be accepted until our system has been restored. Transcripts can still be mailed to us at the following address:

How can I contact the Office of Admissions?

Please email us at our temporary address: TTUHSCSONAdmissions@gmail.com. A team member will respond to all email inquiries.

I am a prospective student. Can I set up a time to speak with an advisor?

Yes, please email us at TTUHSCSONAdmissions@gmail.com, and we will work to get you scheduled with your admissions coach/advisor. At this time, applicants cannot create or submit new applications. We are working to restore systems as quickly as possible. If you have further questions, please email us at TTUHSCSONAdmissions@gmail.com.

I am planning on applying for the Summer 2025 Traditional B.S.N. program which opens on October 15. Will I still be able to submit my application?

At this time, since systems are down, applicants cannot create or submit new applications. We do not have an ETA on when systems will be back up and running but we will open the application as soon as we can if systems are not back up by October 15.

What will happen if I do not pay my tuition by the deadline of October 4, 2024?

No one will be canceled for non-payment while the IT issue is ongoing. Once the system is back up, TTUHSC will identify revised deadlines for payment and communicate with students.
