Team Members and Learners,

As you know, TTUHSC recently began experiencing information technology issues that resulted in a temporary disruption to our computer systems and applications. We want to thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to bring systems, services and applications back online as quickly as possible. 

Although our investigation into the full nature and scope of the issues is ongoing, we recently confirmed that the source of the issues is the result of a cybersecurity event. We took systems offline in an abundance of caution. As part of our incident response, we deployed additional technology to the TTUHSC network, which is being monitored by third-party specialists. We are now taking a phased approach to bringing systems back online to ensure everything is functioning properly. As a reminder, not all systems will be operational at once, and you may experience some intermittent availability as we complete these processes. However, we anticipate reaching full system functionality in the coming weeks. We are working to restore all systems and services as quickly as possible. We will provide additional information as our investigation continues. 

As of Tuesday, Oct. 15, email and several of our cloud-based services, including Learning Management Systems, Box, Zoom, and Slate, are back up and running. We will continue to provide regular updates as we work to restore full functionality.
